Design/Build by Visner, owned and operated by Jeff and Debbie Visner, has been creating unique, one-of-a-kind custom homes in the northwoods since 1995. Our design studio and custom millwork shop in Conover, shown here, houses our state-of-the-art computer-aided design department and a full service custom millwork shop. 

Before relocating to the Eagle River area Jeff and Debbie owned and operated Visner Builders Inc., the premier Design/Build firm of the Geneva Lakes area in Southern Wisconsin, for 18 years 

The approach taken by Design/Build by Visner is what is referred to as the "Design/Build" approach. The design is first established by desires of the client, site requirements and experienced design input. Care is then taken to insure that the design and intent is carried all through the construction process. Original and continued design combined with quality craftsmanship has brought meaning to the phrase, "DETAILS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE".
