Timber Frame represents a variety of architectural styles.  The true representation of a Timber Frame house is one  in which the main structure is made up of timbers or post and beams.  These structural members are then filled in with framing and other applications.  Timber Frame is also used when describing architecture that utilizes timbers within its construction, some structural and some decorative. Timbers can be of square stock material, logs, hand hewed, reclaimed, or other types of materials.  A sampling of the projects designed and/or constructed by Design/Build by Visner is represented in the pictures below.
